1. Policy Overview

  • Duration: You can request an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like boxers, masks, or socks (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

2. How to Raise a Request

To start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit your account and place an order for  refund & Exchange or email us at support@retrocollars.com.
  2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Upload a clear photo if the product is damaged or incorrect.

 

3. Exchanges (The “Perfect Fit” Guarantee)

  • Size Issues: If the T-shirt or Shirt doesn’t fit, we will exchange it for a different size for free (subject to stock availability).
  • Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Your new size will be dispatched as soon as the original item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product for a refund, the following options are available:

  • Store Credit: Get the full value of your return as “Retro Credits” in your account. This is the fastest way to get refunded and can be used for your next purchase.
  • Bank Refund: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after the product passes quality inspection.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit or via a bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank details securely).

 

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Free Returns/Exchanges: We offer one free reverse pickup per order.
  • Logistics: Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the item within 2-3 business days of your request.
  • Self-Shipping: In rare cases where your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to ship the item to us. We will reimburse you with a fixed amount of Store Credit for the shipping cost.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece at Retro Collars goes through a strict quality check. However, if you receive a damaged product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will replace the item immediately at no extra cost to you.

 

7. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but it can be returned/exchanged after delivery.
